Ely Wilson is a registered social worker practicing in British Columbia. She has over a decade of experience in the mental health field and has provided therapy to children, teens, adults, families and couples. 

Ely works with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, stress, relational difficulties, addiction and trauma. She is especially passionate about working with individuals during transitional times in their lives. With specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, and Functional Family Therapy, Ely is well suited to support clients in various stages of their healing process.
