Experienced in helping women navigate life transitions, physical changes, and mental health challenges. Lucia brings a warm & collaborative approach to her work.

For a decade Lucia has worked as a personal trainer, where she integrated trauma-informed practice and worked with clients in a holistic manner at the intersection of mental and physical health.

As a mother to two and a partner to a first responder, she is passionate about mental health for caring professionals and brings personal and professional experience with caregiver support, including for parents of children with diverse abilities. Lucia is deeply curious about how mental health is impacted by our early relationships, learned patterns and the social scripts of our environment.

Lucia believes we all possess the innate capacity to heal, and works from an integrative lens tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. She meets individuals with compassionate honesty and invites them to step into curiosity and toward a more aligned, fulfilling life.
